EFT Universe. This website contains a wealth of information and case studies built up over many years. When Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, retired in 2010, he turned this incredible resource over to Dawson Church, who has since modernized it and had it translated into many languages. This site is the mother ship.

Matrix Reimprinting. Learn more about this incredible new technique, which incorporates EFT but actually goes a step further. For the associated US site (which is a little easier to read) click here. If you want to study it, the book is a great place to start, and available on Amazon.com.

EFT Radio Online offers weekly live radio broadcasts. These are live call-in shows on a variety of topics, where you can get your questions answered by EFT experts. Shows are also archived and available for download or as podcasts through iTunes.

Bruce Lipton and the Biology of Belief. This is a link to an hour long presentation by Dr. Lipton on the new biology of epigenetics, and how our thoughts, perceptions and beliefs actually control our biological destiny. This is highly recommended! The video quality is a bit poor, but the information is priceless. (Please note that this page links to a conference which happened last year—you probably don't want to register!).

Psych-K with Rob Williams. This is actually the same link as above. Rob's presentation comes right after Bruce Lipton's at the one hour mark. Psych-K is a wonderful complement to EFT. It is easy to learn from this video, and Rob Williams shares many excellent insights into the subconscious mind. Again, highly recommended.

Affirmations for Psych-K. This is a Word document you can download. I put together a list of powerful affirmations to use with the Psych-K process focusing on prosperity, relationships and self esteem. A separate weight loss list is available here.

Eckhart Tolle and Oprah. This is a ten part series of televised interviews based on Eckhart's book A New Earth. Highly recommended! His book Power of Now is also very helpful and dovetails nicely with EFT. Power of Now is also available in spoken form on CD.

Journey of Souls. While doing past life regressions, Dr. Michael Newton discovered that his patients could also remember their time between lives, in the 'spirit world'. This book represents a comprehensive effort through hundreds of sessions with as many different subjects to explore and understand who we really are and what we're really doing here on earth. Especially comforting for anyone dealing with the death of a loved one. Even if you don't believe in reincarnation, I would think this would be a fascinating read.
